The Jet2.com man at Leeds Bradford airport deserve particular praise as he was so helpful and cheery, even at 3am on a Monday morning in a deserted airport. Their complaints department is none existing and have totally ignored my complaint , I believe the boss of jet2 turned up early at check in one morning to sort check in problems, he wants to get off his backside and sort jet2 complaints department and have the manners to reply.
