I had a jet2 holiday for a short 4 night break at the SBH monica beach hotel. Couldn't fault jet2 they ran a tight ship and flights were on time and staff very helpful. SBH Monica Beach Hotel is situated in Costa Calma... Lovely quiet resort but if you like things a bit lively this is not the place for you.

Their complaints department is none existing and have totally ignored my complaint , I believe the boss of jet2 turned up early at check in one morning to sort check in problems, he wants to get off his backside and sort jet2 complaints department and have the manners to reply.
