After talking to several people at the hotel and cruise port, it was clear that we were not the only ones affected. I contacted Jetline on our return and they were uninterested. They said that they would review our complaint within 28 days.

Originally booked another cruise but when it came to conforming Cruise company hiked their price, Prince from Jetline was apologetic but could not get the company to honour the offer. That said Prince worked hard to find a simalar cruise at the same costs. So far so good, travelling in May 20.

We purchased this holiday via a Daily Mail offer, however the call went direct to Jetline. I compared the holiday with Jetline direct against the Daily Mail offer. The Daily Mail offer came with better hotels. The Jetline sales lady, who booked it all was brilliant, very patient and anxious to please us as she put the holiday together.

Jetline Cruise advertised a Caribbean & Panama canal cruise and we booked an outside cabin with picture window on deck 8 at £2380 each. I was assured this was the best price they could do.Two days later the same cruise is in the "Mail" at £2149 for a balcony cabin.1.9/5(386)
