I emailed them to get it replaced. That was over 6 months ago, I received an email after sending it back to them notifying me they'd received it , and have not gotten it back yet. Advice to Management. You guys are doing good job and i would certain give jewelocean management a positive review. but sometimes need to think better before awarding credits to employees, as many times it goes to wrong person. weekly job improvement meetings were more hindrance and maybe they should be on a need-for basis instead of weekly basis.5/5(3)
