I, too, have had disappointing experiences with Jitterbug, the last one of which led me to ultimately cancel my Jitterbug Account. Jitterbug's only "plus" is its excellent audio quality. Jitterbug Dial has a basic keypad with large buttons whereas Jitterbug One Touch is basically an emergency phone which has only a few large buttons like OPERATOR, HOME and 911. However, these phones are not available currently, but there are better versions of Jitterbug phones in the market.
