Jan 31, 2012 · JM&A paid off $5,276.87 leaving me a balance of $285. Withoutthe GAP program, I'd be trying to figure out how I was going to pay that large balance. I purchased a new 2011 Toyota Prius from Team Mall of Georgia Toyota and the finance manager had no difficulty getting me to sign on to buying the GAP coverage again.

Apr 26, 2012 · JM&A has redefined my Car Replacement Assistance payment as Actual Cash Value, then used their NADA based value to mitigate liability on the remaining balance. A gap of $47264 earned me a letter from JM&A stating there is no gap so there will be no settlement.I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and the dept.Reviews: 8
