I bought a watch from Jomashop.com. I bought a watch from Jomashop.com. It was a watch with Gold strings for the strap. I received my watch which looks like the watch was left out in the sun. The Gold strings in the strap look faded and work down. It almost looks used. I did not take it out of the box and immediately initiated the return.

I explained to them that when people buy a watch they wear it and they have to take the links out. Jomashop refused to refund the $345.00. It's not the amount of money but the principle. I don't know how BBB can rate them so high with many complaints on the web. Jomashop is not an authorized dealer and sells knockoff used refurbished watches.
