Kanetix Agent (Mary) re-asked questions that had already been answered in the initial application, she didn’t speak very fluent English, then referred me to the actual insurance company. In this case the was Millenium Insurance in Sherwood park Alberta. It was a very short conversation with Sean.

Kanetix was efficient. Kanetix was efficient, but the amount of the insurance fee in your letter to me was raised by about $30 at TourMed. This was annoying because the answer I got from Tour Med was not adequate. They claim that your medical questionnaire differs from theirs. But I only have one medical issue, and it is under control.
