I did some searching on r/Denver as well as Google and it would seem KB Homes is not to be touched with a 10 ft pole. Are they really that bad? Anyone have any first hand experience of their fuckery? Any good experiences? We took a peek at some new townhouse construction recently and were thinking of possibly going that route.

Can't recommend this builder at all. We intended to purchase a KB Home for mother-in-law. We signed papers and put down $2000 deposit. About 4 days later, mother-in-law changed her mind and refused to move. House (ready for move-in) was off market for at best 1 week, over a Christmas holiday.
