Kemwel car rental is a middle man with deceptive pricing. The rate they quote excludes "local fees;" in my experience they quoted a one day car rental rate of 40 Euro. Then the "local fee" for actually picking up the car at the airport was another 50 Euro.. Don't use Kemwel; go direct to an car rental company and skip the middle man and their deceptive fees.

HI: Booking car rental today and have done research and comparison shopping (Mnaual, 4 person car, no insurance excess). Compared cars on Autoeurope US and UK sites. For me, there was not too much of a difference. But than compared those prices to Kemwel and there was a big difference. For example, a VW Polo on AE was $645 and on Kemwel it was $449.
