I've been a Kerivan-Lane customer for many years, starting from my previous residence where you replaced my oil tank. A few years ago there was an interval where my boiler malfunctioned and Kerivan-Lane support was 100% reliable and came to restart the heat even in the middle of the night.

Kerivan-Lane was a nightmare to work with for delivery of oil and basic service of a boiler. They never resolved the issue of why the boiler they installed could not keep water beyond a lukewarm temperature. The office and technicians were rude and completely unprofessional, often yelling on the phone to me. I finally got rid of them.3/5(44)
