Ethics makes or breaks the experience: From reading all of the stories here, it’s clear that what can make or break the ownership experience is the ethics of the company making the sale. Kirby distances itself from the practices of their individual distributors, and that’s a shame. If they policed it better, you’d see far fewer complaints.
