Fuck that ASSHOLE. I had the same problem a few years ago. Call By-law everyday if you need to. On weekends you may need to call the Police at 519-653-7700 and ask for dispatch to make a noise complaint. There are noise bylaws in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
