Mar 14, 2009 · It's official, while leasing multiple cars from Landmark, one was seized within months at no fault of mine. Landmark were being sued by Ferrari for the return of the car. Mark Emin the President of Landmark would not apply my $72,000 deposit/credit towards my other Landmark leased vehicles.
