The Lane has a 500 pound weight limit. And when you look at the hardware underneath you know why. 7 guage steel is serious stuff. The Lane has a back about 3 inches higher than the LB. And the seat sits a couple of inches higher from the floor. The material in both chairs was flawless. No complaints.2.3/5

I just wasted 40 minutes of my time to order something. Had to call customer service. At that moment I decided not to purchase and I am glad I didn't. The online ordering was horrendous. The shipping address and the account was a mess. They had Wayfair information on orders and addresses integrated with the new Birch Lane Account.

Apr 21, 2009 · I called the store and they said they don't take items back after 14 days. According to some of your other complaints, apparently Lane doesn't do anything either, even though the chairs have a one year warranty. If I do hear from Lane and receive any kind of satisfaction, I will let you know. I will never buy Lane furniture again. Kathi P
