Booked a hotel through laterooms and paid extra for breakfast. Hotel was a joke, no staff were there in morning and no breakfasts being served. Hotel was disgusting. Hotel said it was laterooms problem, laterooms said it was hotel. Neither would take responsibility and no refund received. Will not use late rooms again and do not recommend.

total rubbish. I spent time looking with laterooms.com to find accomadation for one night for me and my family so that we could attend my farthers funeral the following day refreshed from what was a long journey from Blackburn to Guildford.

In all my years of travelling to other hotels/ b&b I have never in my life come across such a filthy place , nothing was clean , the bed looked liked someone had just got out of it, sheets all crushed , I'm not sure if they were even washed, carpet filthy , paint on walls a dark red that a child must have painted , I wouldn't even have a shower because that ...

Jul 13, 2019 · Laterooms finds itself at a point where the nature of the business is changing more than it has done at any other time. Laterooms has always been an online travel-agent selling hotel rooms. This place in the market is extremely competitive and continuing to grow a business in this single 'hotel-only' space is obviously becoming more difficult.3/5
