Poor quality furniture. Common problems of flaking leather and sagging seats. Customer services put it down to wear and tear even after 3 months. The ten year guarantee isn’t worth the paper it is written on. My advice to anyone is don’t buy a lazy boy. Poor quality and even poorer customer service.

Not only did the leather crack and discolor, recently the leather of the head rest now sports a hole that displays the cushion stuffing. The cracking and discoloration began within 15 months of purchase. The hole in the leather occured after approximately 2 and 1/2 years.1/5
