My husband contracted with Legal Helpers aka Macey & Aleman for our bankruptcy over the internet back in December of 2007! he made payments and finished up 12/01/08 a year later. Three revised petitions later, my name is incorrect, there is missing debt, and real estate surrendered is still listed on schedule F instead of D.

Legal Helpers can try to justify it all they want, but the bottom line is their business model harms consumers in order to line their own pockets and I have not seen anyone be able to articulately explain how that is not a fact.
