The upgrade lot cost was $10k. The house sits high on a hill and looks over woods. A retaining wall was built and a fence installed by Lennar prior to building.

I worked for Lennar Homes as a Subcontractor they refused to pay my invoices. Lennar notoriously doesn't pay their subcontractors - the people building your home! That is why your homes are falling apart. The subs don't get paid. Your house is falling apart and mold infested because the people building your house are NOT getting paid by Lennar.1.5/5(149)
