I worked for Lennar Homes as a Subcontractor they refused to pay my invoices. Lennar notoriously doesn't pay their subcontractors - the people building your home! The house was the model home and office for Lennar homes in the Custer Hill Estate subdivision. It was built in 1997, but we were the first owners in 2001 (we bought it when they closed out the subdivision). The house was landscaped by the company. The street is on a hill and each lot is terraced.
