Jan 11, 2019 · LIC HFL doesnot intimate the customers when the interest rates reduce so that the customer doesnt have to pay high rate of interest. They send letters when rates increase. They have been taking extra payment from me from 1 year. Please do not rely on them and do check the account. Very bad service and no customer courtesy. Never avail loan from LIC HFL.3/5(30)
