Jan 16, 2014 · Lincare is a national corporation that among other things, provides respiratory supplies. My new and exceptionally good sleep doctor sent my sleep study results to this company to supply my cpap and supplies. One month after my sleep study I had not heard from Lincare in spite of my doctor's instructions that I needed to be contacted ASAP.

That was in 2013. They recently sent me A BILL FOR $7,000!!!!! AMEX send me copies of ALL of my statements from 2013 PROVING I'VE PAID ON A MONTHLY BASIS. LINCARE REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE EVEN AFTER I TRIED TO REACH THEM OVER 100 TIMES. I found a "special" number which is supposed to be the number of a patient advocate. It is the same story.

The Montgomery Alabama's location Management is horrible. My medical supply provider lost the bid so I had to make a change. I looked at the Medicare website and found Lincare, Inc. in Wauconda. I initiated a phone call. This was in late Oct 2013. Since then, I have contacted them several times, not understanding why it was taking so long to process my paperwork.

Dec 27, 2011 · Lincare agent out of la grande oregon refused to supply me with a 25ft cannula because she would have to buy a whole box of 20 from her supplier and I am the only one of her customers that use the longer cannulas. Even though I have 2 insurances that covers this . I had to buy my cannula from an on line supplier. It cost a whole $5.
