Dec 01, 2019 · Lincare has shipped/swapped/replaced incorrect CPAP nasal cushions THREE TIMES. They have been very nice, and helpful, and totally incapable of sending the correct size, correcting the resultant billing issues or ever getting it right.

All Lincare centers are different. The other bad reviews are probably just from small centers. I work in an excellent lincare office and have for 6 years! Very happy and satisfied with my position. It goes like this….I went to local Lincare store for purchasing new CPAP hose….hearing their prices I just had an attack, the lady charged me more than 1/3 price online and when questioned was told to either pay the price or buy online and went on to say they have been taken over by Linde AG.

I had Lincare CPAP equipment through my Aetna company health insurance. I terminated my employment with the company on Jan 1, 2017. My insurance would be getting terminated so, I called Lincare to halt any automatically sent supplies. the CSR assured me the account was in a "do not send supplies" status after we talked.

Absolute worst company I've dealt with. Dealing with Lincare is worse than dealing with my OSA. Billing has never been correct. Billing and Supply depts have zero communication with each other and they expect you to go between the two to fix problems from their end.5/5(2)
