Pay is about 15k below industry standard. There is a reason you go through so many drivers. Pay them more and they will stay, the drivers go into the patients home weekly or monthly so it shouldn't be someone new every few weeks the patients dont like that. Jan 13, 2020 · Lincare does not worry about patient care. Patients are nothing more than a number. It's embarassing at the lack of organization and patient service that is being provided.
