I was on it for about 4/5 months. No major complaints except it made my periods non-existent which really freaked me out, and I asked to be taking off it. Honestly, I've had low sex drive on every single birth control I've tried. Lo Loestrin FE wasn't as bad as others I've tried, though.

Higher estrogen pills gave me awful moodiness but Lo Loestrin was completely fine in that regard. No hair growth or loss and no acne. I had shorter periods, too. Your mileage may vary, of course. I had to switch to a different form of BC due to migraines, but while I was on it, Lo Loestrin was great. The little iron placebo pills are minty, too.
