I researched Lowe, Tracker, Crestliner and a few others and settled on a Tracker Targa. I couldnt be happier. The gas mileage is out of this world, cruised for 2 days on Bull Shoals and only used 3 gallons of gas.

Jan 27, 2016 · one last note - there are horror stories about every brand of boat - google it - lund, alumacraft, lowe, tracker - no company is perfect. That being said, I think you will see that one brand of boat seems to have had some major hull issues and a couple of brands there is a lot more good than bad said about them. Others land someplace in the middle.

May 16, 2013 · I own an 1987 16 ft Lowe and I hesitate to comment on your situation because mine is MUCH older and I'm sure the quality has improved. My boat has held up pretty good over the years of abuse it's seen and the only problem I have with it is a crack in the return line from the live well.

Well the one on the left side looked like it has a lump of bird **** or dirt clinging in the hole. So I poked at it with a stick to remove it.

Sep 10, 2013 · I looked at Lowe's tritoon with a 150 Mercury FourStroke before buying my Bennington. The quality of construction, etc. is just fine on the Lowe boats. My problem was that their seats were just really uncomfortable. There are other brands around that have more comfortable and higher quality seating. That means a lot to me.

Nov 20, 2010 · I have a Lowe FM 175, its a single console wide, deep boat. It is powered by a 90 hp. 2 stroke with a 9.9 4 stroke merc. kicker. I love this boat. When Im putting it in the water many times people comment on how wide it is. Ive had 2 lunds before and this is as good as they are. The boat before this one was a 1660 pro v.
