The orginal installers put windows in that were too large for the openings, and put them in anyway. The windows were measured 3 times by Lowes and the installer, and one window was wrong, this was noticed after they removed our old window. When they were told that there were some issues with the installation we were told to contact Pella.

While they did not install a window, they did install a door. I say, I will never use HD installation services again for anything. I learned a good lesson the hard way.
