Very, very deceptive toward employees. Magellan will say one thing, after hire and commitment they pull the rug out from under you- with no remorse. Magellan doesn't care about the welfare of military families in the least, as evidenced by management practices. The people that contract with them will never know due to deception.1/5(11)

Feb 01, 2020 · Many are not doing their jobs and have absolutely no regard for the MFLCs. Truly the only reason there are not more complaints is that MFLCs are afraid they will not get another assignment. Assignments are rarely posted and it is a mystery how assignments are given. Schedulers never respond to emails unless they want to get a hold of the MFLC.4/5
