Aug 22, 2006 · Maronda is trying to keep a deposit they said they would give back to me. They said as long as I let them know before I go on vacation that same week, I would get the deposit back. Oct 31, 2007 · Maronda Homes is one of the best builders out there. Nobody can touch their prices when it comes to cost per square foot. You get a lot of home for the money. You must remember that Maronda must meet and exceed building codes like all the other guys. Like you said, all home builders regardless of their price point have lawsuits against them.
