When we called Maryland Pools to remedy the problem they say we now have to replace all of the tile and pool coping. In doing some research I learned that this problem occurs when best practices are not followed when constructing the pool. Maryland Pools says it will cost almost $9000 to remedy a problem caused by their poor workmanship.
