This bank is a THIEF!!!! This bank is a THIEF!!!! Twice they took money from my Credit Card for PAY PROTECT which I never agree. Back in March they charge AED 105 for pay protect and when I call the customer service all they say is IT IS VALID and they will just deactivate so that I will not be charge of it again in the next coming month.
