If that was the only option then , yes, rather than have only one bathroom between six bedrooms (but I might ask for another opinion first). Oct 30, 2011 · In the living room, taped seams are comming apart and I have a crack at the wall/ceiling joint about 3/4" wide. In the bedroom and the masterbath the sheetrock screws are comming out. All of the problems have been noted by the builder and have made several appointments to get them fixed but they never showed up or even called.
