Dec 26, 2011 · Mayan Palace Timeshare Scam. On April 17, 2013, while in Puerto Vallarta, my wife and l toured the Mayan Palace timeshare resort. We were in PV staying at another timeshare exchange resort. We were given the whole sales pitch including how they would take our existing three timeshares in a very excellent trade-in deal.
