Nov 27, 2003 · MBNA did nothing to investigate this fraud and did not go after the company to reverse this fraudulent transaction, instead it sent the credit card bill to a collection agency who is now telling us there is nothing we can do but pay the bill or have the non-payment registered on our credit report.

Next statement I saw whooping $109 as interest charge. When I called to the bank, I was told that each amount paid towards their credit card is allocated as 25% towards purchases and 75% towards transferred balance, which has is 0% interest rate. Their advice was to stop using my credit card.

I have had PPI on an MBNA Credit Card… I have had PPI on an MBNA Credit Card back in 2002. I applied for PPI miss-selling compensation on 27th August 2019. All I've had from MBNA is a series of delaying letters, yet I was informed the PPI I paid in 2002 was £447, which is hardly going to break the bank at Monte Carlo.
