Mar 26, 2011 · my daughter purchased windows from Mcdiarmid windows & doors through the manitoba hydro power smart program,she understood because she was going through the power smart program that the windows would be high quality. instead she got vision 3000 windows that have ice on them and water running off of them. mcdiarmid says its a humidity problem and @-30 c humidity should be 15%
