Despite me trying to communicate with both the developer and Meadfleet, get my queries answered and to try and seek resolution I am met with silence except for threats to take me to court and by adding money to my account. Companies are not judged by the number of complaints but how they seek to effectively deal with them.

Has anyone got any experience with Meadfleet or similar property/land management companies? They own the communal land on our estate and charge for 18 visits per year across 40 properties. Since this land is used and abused by the older children (including loosening & graffitting my fence & destroying saplings to build dens; with the assistance of their parents I might add!)

Redrow later apologised on Mr Miller’s behalf but also acknowledged that they were having difficulty arranging a resolution to the complaints against Meadfleet.
