Mediacom high speed internet is the WORST! If you live in Columbia, MO you are basically forced to use them for your high speed internet needs. I have been a customer for over 15 years and have NEVER had good service. I constantly check competitors to see if there is a company I can switch to.

To be fair, this is what pretty much every ISP does after you’ve been a customer for so long. Mediacom just happens to be more transparent about it. @John71Kee Mediacom is lying about internet outage via cable, the next alternative is the phone line (10x slower speed) for internet service or satellite which doesn't work in winter because of cloud cover. If they are colluding with FBI/DOJ to restrain internet access, they should be sued.2/5
