Medivet are a Pet Plan agent- they will be paid for introducing clients to Pet Plan insurance owned by Allianz Ins PLC. Moved sales overflow and all claims to call centres in Mumbai, India a few years ago. Medivet will not accept direct payments from other insurance companies. Even reputable ones like The Kennel Club, Animal Friends.

I worked at Medivet full-time for less than a year. Pros. Seeing the animals, they were about the only things keeping me sane. Cons. Hours are horrendous, a 43 hour week with another unpaid hour lunch break, making it a 48 hour week because you're still at work even in your lunch break which I don't think registers with them. Medivet saw my dog even though he’s only registered with them and seen them once for titre blood tests, my own vets couldn’t see him when he was in distress but Medivet’s gladly booked him in and saw him the same day. ... mistreating clients over the phone by hanging up on them and not taking seriously client's complaints.
