It never came and I call Menards and they told at me that I did not pay for the plans I looked at my receipt and the cashier did not scan the code at the top of the page even though it stated to scan. Now I was told that it would take another 6 days for the vendor to send them to me. I asked if they could email or fax them to me and was told no.

Jun 23, 2019 · Menards has told me, that although they still sell the product, warranty on the parts is no longer available because the vendor is no longer in business. The product was advertised as "Maintenance Free with a Limited Lifetime Warranty" At no time was I ever told the vendor had gone out of business & the warranty was no longer valid.
