May 28, 2015 · I have the same problem. I want to terminate my account because i'm closing the business. After 3 years of business, I called Merchant's Choice Payment Solutions (MSPS), they want me to pay $495 penalty for termination because they automatically renew it for another 3 years unless i contact them 30 days before the contract ends.
