Merchant Direct of California Response. Merchant Direct has one account with this customer - ****** Online. Our customer service representative spoke with him on July 11th at which time he was emailed the cancellation form and also told that Merchant Direct only has his one account.

Complaint / review text: Merchant Direct Services is the most unethical business I have ever worked with. It all started in June of 2009 when they solicited me. They explained that they could offer me much lower rates on my credit card processing fees.

I spoke with Tina **** on the phone and she offered to suspend the account and phone me in 2 months to see how it was going with the new company.
