MerchNow is pretty good for customer service, but preordering stuff off Merchnow is a 50/50 shot of getting it a week early or a month late. MerchConnectionInc have a lot of heavier bands most sites don't, so the selection is better. No major complaints about them. I've only ordered a couple things from them over the years and I'd order again.
