Mar 13, 2019 · If not, why was it suggested that there was a bus lane? Why did Metlink staff specifically call out the cyclist as being in the wrong when they clearly weren't? This is simply the definition of victim blaming. This is a terrible practice, and I would hope that Metlink deal with that appropriately. What was the outcome of that complaint?
