Jan 29, 2013 · We purchased a Miller and Smith townhouse about 7 years ago and our experience has been a NIGHTMARE. The homes are very lovely with very nice spacious look and interesting design. That is what led us to purchase, like everyone else. Peel back the finish and what you will find is that this builder takes EVERY SINGLE SHORT CUT POSSIBLE!
