Mar 05, 2013 · I rented with Minto and it was pretty good.. I rented on Highgate just off of Baseline. I just found that a lot of the people in my building weren't too pleasant (a dude with ferrets that smelled SO bad, a drunk lady who would make a fuss about any stupid thing.. & many more) The buildings were good but our bills were higher than we expected bc the windows were pretty terrible.
