Aug 05, 2017 · So, I'm trying to work out whether we'd be better to just refuse delivery and contact Mobiles.co.uk. Or to accept it, then go through the Mobiles.co.uk 14 day return procedure. (Which I assume is also what was the distance selling act.) The returns route I guess will only cost a few quid for a signed return delivery. Any advice?
