Once you sign for the toner (virtually every company signs for UPS packages without knowing the contents), they invoice you for the toner.

The company continues to send them claiming they have been authorized by someone with our company to do so. The individual with our organization says she spoke to them a couple of times in Sept explaining we can no longer use them as a vendor. The company shortly after sent a new shipment of toners to our facility.
