Nov 06, 2013 · This Monarch Grand Vacation is totally Rip-Off their timeshare owners. Big regret and the biggest mistake that we purchased this timeshare. I told myself hoping one day when I woke up this timeshare thing is just a bad dream. The customer service people are not helpful and all their mantra always is "the resort is completely full."
