moneybookers is a scam.took all but 5.00 out of my personal accouint claiming i never sent people there stuff.over 1500.00 all that was in the account for m.b. 160.00 stole my checking account money and now had to close the account they were taking 50.00/wk claiming it was for the work they had to do i.e. email, investigating, customer service etc.

Mar 23, 2008 · I emailed and received back information, pictures, etc. about the car. On my second email I was told that I had to use Moneybookers to complete the transaction. This sent up a red flag so I googled Moneybookers and found this website with the same identical scam in your blogs/reports. Do NOT buy a car through Moneybookers. It is a scam!

Jan 31, 2008 · Look up moneybookers scams on the internet, they abound. People are selling cars that they don't possess. The guy that tried to scam me originally had an address posted in Florida literally minutes from my house but when I inquired he said he was in the military about to be deployed to Iraq, but is in the UK at this time, another scam says it's a woman, also in the UK.
