Best Monitech Location/Installer. I have visited 3 different Monitech locations and the Durham location with Andrew Fishman was by far the best experience time after time. The other installers I experienced were on the rude side and seemed to be annoyed by any questions or concerns I had.

Oct 18, 2019 · Monitech has been without a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. The machine malfunctions constantly, anywhere from not accepting perfectly legitimate breath tests, to killing the car battery, to random recall codes that have nothing to do with failing a breath test.

Feb 02, 2012 · (He works third shift) So when he got off of work, he came home for a few minutes then it was off to the monitech appointment. He told me today that the man at the monitech place accidently switched a part of the machine with a young female who was there at the same time, and he had to switch them both back out and put them on the correct cars.

Let her hear the people and myself trying to get in to my truck. I missed the blow and had to pay $45 for an EMERGENCY situation. Why? Honestly, I have been given free codes before because Monitech knew of the issues I was having with their device: it was too hot, too cold, loose wiring, and device was just being faulty before changing it out.

Monitech and Monitech's customers are very fortunate to have ALAN THOMSON running both Asheville and Franklin Locations. Alan is a great person working in a service that no one really likes to have to have or use but he really does make a miserable experience alot less uncomfortable and painful.
